EP3C16F256C6 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 168 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 15408 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. The supply voltage of the device is 1.15V~1.25V , at which it runs. FPGAs belonging to the Cyclone? III series are a type of FPGA that belong to the Cyclone? III series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 168 different outputs included. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. Total terminations are 256. A device like this one offers 516096 RAM bits, which is a considerable amount of memory. Its base part number EP3C16 can be used to find related parts. An array of 963 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. A crystal oscillating at 472.5MHz is one of the most common components of this device.
