There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 780-BGA package and X package. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. Fpga chips is programmed wFpga chipsh 429 I/Os for transferring data in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block consists of 81264 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 1.2V volts. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Field Programmable Gate Arrays. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 1.15V~1.25V , at which it runs. There are many types of FPGAs in the Cyclone? III series, this is one of them. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within 0°C~85°C TJ at all times. With this device, you will be able to make use of 429 outputs.
