FPGA uses a nice 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package that makes FPGA easy to use.External packaging of type Tube.A qualified individual who has the ability to operate within -40°C~85°C.Using the In System Programmable axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.An electric current of 2.7V~3.6V is applied to it.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.There is a limit of 128Mb MB for the amount of data that can be stored.The supply voltage is 3V.With different functions, 16 terminations can be used.There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V that can be applied to this memory device.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 2.7V if the device is to work properly.The memory chip in question is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than NOT SPECIFIED.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.A memory chip can operate at a voltage no greater than 0.02mA.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 100MHz frequency.The device belongs to the EPCQ-A series.
