EX128-TQG100I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-LQFP package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. This device features 70 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 2.5V volts needs to be provided. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. This device is powered by a 2.3V~2.7V battery. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the EX seies. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. In total, it has 100 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number EX128. In this case, there are 100 pins on the board. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. With a 2.5V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. The basic building block of this system consists of 6000 gates. The registers used in the transfer of and storage of data are 256 in number. A frequency of 250MHz provides high efficiency. In addition to this, it is also characteriLG-MIN; WD-MIN; TERM PITCH-MINed by a feature called LG-MIN; WD-MIN; TERM PITCH-MIN.
