For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 8V~27V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.You will find various related parts under the base part number FAN3278.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.There is a maximum output current of 1.5A.An output current of 1.5A is supported.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 308mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 2mA.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 30V.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
