The 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~13.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number FAN5009.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 15V.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.85°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below 0°C are allowed as the minimum.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 715mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 13.5V.A supply voltage of 10V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Setting the operating supply voltage to 12V is recommended.A frequency of 500kHz can improve efficiency.
