The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tube is used.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Many related parts can be found under its base part number FAN7361.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.In the device, there are 8 pins.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 500mA.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.Its maximum power dissipation of 625mW shows its power loss capacity without overheating.
