For greater flexibility, its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 6 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Using a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration starts with 20 terminations.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number FAN7888.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.A total of 20 pins are available on the device.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.There is an output current limit of 650mA for this device.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 200V.In terms of its basis, there are 3 outputs integrated.According to its maximum power dissipation, 1.8W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.
