Delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.Packaged in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad cases.Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of -30°C~70°C TA using the device.There is an output voltage of 1.65V~3.6V volts on the chip.For input, there is a LVCMOS form.There are 12 inputs that need to be operated.Part LINE TRANSCEIVER has an interface IC type of LINE TRANSCEIVER.Total 32 terminations are present.There is a voltage limit of 2.775V for its supply voltage.This electrical component can be found in the μSerDes? series.The device can also be used to establish UNIDIRECTIONAL MODE CONFIGURABLE.
