FIN24CGFX Overview
Serializer/Deserializer comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.This product comes packaged in a 42-VFBGA case as shown in the picture.Serializer/Deserializer is recommended to use the Surface Mount type of mounting.A variable range of operating temperatures is provided by the device.Supply voltage is 1.65V~3.6V volts.Input can be entered using a LVCMOS form.There is a type of output recognized as LVCMOS by interface ics.Serializer/Deserializer is necessary to operate the 22/1 inputs.There is no restriction on the device's ability to maintain 1/22 outputs.There are parts that are related to the FIN24C family that can be searched for.This chip has 42 pins.Surface Mount can be used to mount the device.As specified in the specification, the operating supply voltage for the chip is 3.3V volts.There is an electrical component included in the μSerDes? series.The element consists of 1 elements.There are 24 receivers in it.The minimum operating temperature of this part must not be -30°C.During operation, the temperature must stay below 70°C.There is an embedded 24 driver on the part that controls the device.
