A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tube.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 9V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.The board has 8 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 114V.
