Its 24-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 6 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Through Hole.Using a 7V~15V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 24 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number HIP4086.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The board has 24 component pins.There can be a voltage up to 95V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
