HMC576LC3B Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 18GHz~29GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 12 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.This is a 12-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 82mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
