HMC744LC3C Overview
A 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. In case Strip, the cut smart buffer is available. Normal operation has a maximum value of 14GHz. In this case, it is set up as Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution). Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C ensures reliable performance. It should be able to work with a power source of 3V~3.6VV. It's in the way of Surface Mount. The output is set to CML. A 16 pin is used for operation. This is a member of the HMC744 family. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. By default, the output of the circuit clock is set to 2. A maximum supply voltage of 3.6VV can be handled by it. A source voltage of 3V is as low as possible.
