HMC822LP6CE Overview
It is packaged using the Strip method since it is a clock IC. The 40-VQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 40 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
