HMC839LP6CE Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Strip package. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. There is a maximum frequency of 4.82GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as there are 3V~5.2V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Clock PLL is equipped with 40 pin count.
