ICS512MILFT Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Digi-Reel? method. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 5V voltage should be applied. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 160MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 4.5V for safety considerations. There is a 8-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance.
