ICS601M-01ILFT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. The SOIC package contains this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 156MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V to operate this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. It is possible for an element to be thermally destroyed if clock PLL‘s supply current (greater than 30mA) is excessive.
