As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the TSSOP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
