Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 3.3V~20V demonstrates its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 16 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2113S.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.
