IR2175S Overview
There is a package called Tube that contains buck boost converter.A package in the way of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used for voltage regulator.Surface Mount is used to mount this current regulator on the board.A maximum operating temperature of -40°C~125°C should not be exceeded during operation.Current regulator is possible to use a voltage input of 9.5V~20V for the input.In addition to the 8 termination, there are a number of terminations that are used, which are achieved by terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.There is a IR2175S family member who is related to current regulator.In order for the constant current to work, it should be powered by a 15VV power source, which is found in most 15VV power supplies.The output current of the 20mA feature allows it to be designed in a way that offers maximum design flexibility.The analog IC used by this power converter is called POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT.Compared to the last few years, the number of channels has grown strong/weak: 1.Supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 9.5V.The maximal supply current (Isup) supplied for current regulation's operation reaches 0.5mA.When 20V is reached, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) supplied for its operation is attained.
