IR2213 Overview
Its DIP package provides greater flexibility.A package of Bulk has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 14 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.When the device is designed, it has 14 pins.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2.5A.In this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are numerous useful electronic components.On the board, there are 14 component pins.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.The power supply of 15V is able to solve the power supply problems for a wide variety of applications.For operation, the supply voltage of 20V is the maximum value.A supply voltage of 12V is the minimum value required to operate the device.There is an output voltage of 20V for this device.
