IR2213 Overview
The 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package offers greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tube.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a 12V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2213.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.There can be a voltage up to 1200V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
