IR3621MTR Overview
In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 5.5V~14.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 200kHz~500kHz . The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. A variety of 32 terminations are available in dc switching. In addition to "IR3621M", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. 32 pins are on switching converter. Specially, switching converter corresponds to type Switching Regulator or Controllers. According to the test statistics, DC regulator outputs 14.4V voltage.
