ISL5120CBZ Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around 0°C~70°C TA.
