For greater flexibility, the DFN package is adopted.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.Devices have 10 pins available.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.A total of 10 pins are available for component connections.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed 0°C.The supply current should be kept at 10.5mA to ensure higher stability.The maximum voltage for operation is 13.2V.This device operates at 10.8V as the minimum supply voltage.3A is the current that it outputs.During operation, a voltage of 10.5mA is applied to the power supply.
