The 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.Tube represents the package.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V demonstrates its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Under its base part number ISL6605, various related parts can be found.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 5V.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 33V.
