There is greater flexibility with the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tube.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Under its base part number ISL6613A, various related parts can be found.The number of component pins is 10.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
