Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6614A.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
