Its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.For its configuration, it incorporates 4 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device allows temperatures in the range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.There are 16 terminations to form the base of its configuration.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.Components with 16 pins are available.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
