A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~16V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.
