The TO-220-7 package includes it.Total terminations are 7.The terminal position of the device is SINGLE.A total of 3 pins are present on it.Hot-swappable device is possible to achieve high efficiency wHot-swappable deviceh a supply voltage of 12V.Hot-swappable device is necessary to use 7 pins in order to operate the device.Despite its self-contained nature, Peripheral Drivers is a very compact device.There is a Through Hole axis pointing in the direction of the object.The maximum operating temperature of 85°C°C allows for stable operation.Hot-swappable device functions at a minimum working temperature of -30°C degrees Celsius in order to maintain reliabilHot-swappable devicey.For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 5V in order to maintain a constant level of power.There is a value of 34V set for Vsup (maximum supply voltage).Hot Swap is set to output 1 by default.When operating criteria are met, the maximum output current is reduced to 50A.Devices have 27mOhm resistance.
