Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the form of the package.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The output current can be set to 1.5A.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.The supply voltage of this device is 4mA and it operates with that voltage.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 2 channels.
