A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.-55°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.The input type is Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.The base part number IXD*404 refers to a number of related parts.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.The device is specifically designed to operate at 18V volts.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.A board with 16 component pins is available.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 4A.Setting the operating supply voltage to 35V is recommended.
