Its TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration is based on 5 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*409.The mount method is Surface Mount.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 4 component pins is available.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 9A.Setting the operating supply voltage to 35V is recommended.
