For greater flexibility, the 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).There are 1 drivers installed for this device.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~30V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting.There are 6 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number IXD*514.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.When designing, the device is configured with 6 pins.With a supply voltage of 18V, it is designed to operate.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.As a maximum, there is 14A limit to the output current.The number of component pins is 6.Setting the operating supply voltage to 18V is recommended.
