In order to increase flexibility, the package TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA is used.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Its configuration is based on a total of 5 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*409.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.With a supply voltage of 18V, it is designed to operate.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.The board contains 4 pins for component connections.The output current supported by the device is 9A.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 35V volts.
