KA311D Overview
The product is packaged in SOP for ease of transportation.Output type OPEN-COLLECTOR is used for this comparator.The device is designed with 8 terminations.The electrical component in this case belongs to the Comparators family.With a 15V voltage supply, the comparator can perform multiple demanding tasks.Electronic comparator has 8 pins.Normal operation of the device requires 7.5mA supply current.A current supply greater than 7.5mA may cause the comparator to malfunction.Temperatures above 70°C are not recommended.Lower temperatures than 0°C are unsuitable for it.Compatibility is defined as 30V when the comparator is operating at its maximum supply voltage.This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 5V .For the output quality to be maintained, 1 channels work together.There is essentially a very high gain COMPARATOR amplifier in the comparator.A 200pA output current is specified for this device.
