KA75450MTF Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. Please refer to power management for SOT-89-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset, Voltage Detector products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When a supply voltage of 5.25V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 300mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 15V volts. For this power management, there is an 500μA volt supply current.
