The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 300 @ 1mA 6V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of -90mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 300mV @ 1mA, 10mA.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at -5V to gain high efficiency.The current rating of this fuse is -50mA, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.As you can see, the part has a transition frequency of 100MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 120V volts before it breaks down.A maximum collector current of 50mA volts is possible.
