L4970A Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 15 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the Multiwatt-15 (Vertical, Bent and Staggered Leads) package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Through Hole mounting is required for this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~150°C TJ is essential when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 15V.
