It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 20 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. 100kHz~300kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.5V 3.3V. 250 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 24V to meet the operation requirements. There is a subcategory of this regulator voltage called Switching Regulator or Controllers.
