L5987TR Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space-saving 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 250kHz~1MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.9V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V to meet the operation requirements. A voltage regulator 12v such as this falls under the Switching Regulator or Controllers category and belongs to this category. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the L5987 family. A voltage of 18V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. For switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 600mV at least.
