For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Based on 12V~48V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.-40°C~150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Surface Mount.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.A transmission line can be terminated at a 20 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.Signal interfaces include 20 pins that serve as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number of L6201 is the basis to find more related H bridge ics.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 36V.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 5A.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 4A is flowing.This bridge driver functions in part thanks to the 20 pins working together.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 36V in order to ensure high efficiency.It is calculated that the Hbridge releases 60V volts.
