For greater flexibility, its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Gate drivers is package in Cut Tape (CT) case.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using 17V Max supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting is used.Under its base part number L6386, various related parts can be found.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.There are 14 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 650mA.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.This device is capable of delivering 650mA current.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 750mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.A voltage of 320μA is used as the supply voltage.By using 400kHz frequency, efficiency can be increased.
