This package is included in the 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and is available for purchase. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. There are 104 I/Os for better data transfer. A fundamental building block consists of 2112 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board.
