There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. 206 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. A fundamental building block is made up of 4320 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. Field Programmable Gate Arrays family FPGA part. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Powered by a 1.14V~1.26V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the MachXO2 series of FPGAs. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. This device is equipped with 207 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray.
