There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FLASH PLD is used. This device features 159 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. To form a fundamental building block, there are 640 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 1.8V volts. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. With a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.465V, this device operates with ease. An FPGA belonging to the MachXO series is referred to as an FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. This device is equipped with 159 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. As a whole, it has 256 terminations.
