There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FLASH PLD elements. Having 159 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. To form a fundamental building block, there are 640 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.14V~1.26V . FPGAs belonging to the MachXO series are a type of FPGA that belong to the MachXO series of FPGAs. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within 0°C~85°C TJ at all times. There are 159 outputs incorporated in this device. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. In total, it has a total of 256 terminations.
