LM239DRE4 Overview
A convenient transport package is provided in SOIC .There is a TTL output type for this comparator.We ship the part through Tape & Reel (TR) .You can find 14 terminals of the comparator.Other Comparator like the device play a important role in the industry.The comparator is capable of achieving many demanding tasks when supplied with 5V voltage.The board includes 14 pins.14 pins are present on the comparator.This comparator presents a quiescent current of 2mA .There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board.Normal operation of the device requires a nominal supply current of 500μA .A current supply greater than 500μA may result in the comparator malfunctioning.In order to run the device, there are only 5V power supplies required.Based on the voltage formula, the voltage gain of the part is 106.02dB .Keeping the temperature below 125°C is not recommended.Lower temperatures than -25°C are unsuitable for it.A comparator is designed to operate at a maximum supply voltage of 30V .There is a minimum supply voltage of 2V for this comparator.For the output quality to be maintained, 4 channels work together.The comparator essentially has a COMPARATOR amplifier that has very high gain.Its output current is rated as 20mA .
